scope
1.1 We are G-Point Grooming Academy GmbH Oberforstbacher Str. 354 52076 Aachen, Germany (hereinafter "G-POINT24"). You can reach us by email at 24.gpoint@gmail.com.
1.2 The following General Terms and Conditions of G-POINT24 apply exclusively to your orders in our dm online shop in the version current at the time of the order. Different terms and conditions that conflict with the following provisions do not apply.
1.3 You can shop in the G-POINT24 online shop if you are at least 16 years old. Our offers are geared towards customers in Germany, we make these offers available to customers with residence or place of business in the EEA due to the EU Geoblocking Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2018/302) in the same way and at the same conditions; The same applies to customers with their place of residence or business in Switzerland.
1.4 Our offers are generally addressed to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An indication of this are, for example, orders of more than normal household quantities. We reject them. In the following, these are referred to as "customers" or "consumers".
1.5 In addition, we also sell to entrepreneurs, ie a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, is exercising their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 14 BGB). For entrepreneurs, these terms and conditions also apply under partially different conditions, which are referred to separately. In the following these are referred to as "business customers".
1.6 The language is German.
Your Order
2.1 Our offer is non-binding.
2.2 You can place all items marked as “available” in your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart symbol. As soon as you decide to buy, you can start the ordering process in the shopping cart by clicking on the "Checkout" button.
2.3 .a The following applies to private customers: You have the option of creating a G-POINT24 customer account (hereinafter "My G-POINT24") in order to make all of the following orders more convenient for you. To do this, you must provide your name, your date of birth, an email address, your address and a password. The password is to be treated confidentially and not passed on to third parties. 2.3 .b The following applies to business customers: Orders from business customers can only be placed with a registered and approved My G-POINT24 business customer account. An order can only be placed via the Mein G-POINT24 business customer if the account has been released after the submitted documents have been submitted and checked. Before that, you can only add products to your shopping cart. An order as a business customer as part of a guest order is not possible, as we cannot verify the property of input tax deduction or property as an entrepreneur. Business customers can also place an order in excess of normal household quantities. We are not obliged to verify that the data is up-to-date, but we are entitled to check it for each order and to reject the order if it is invalid.
2.4 To complete the order, click on the “Buy now” button. With this you are submitting a binding offer to buy the goods in your shopping cart. Before this point in time, you can view and change goods in the shopping cart. From this point on, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change your order or data. In such cases, please contact our ServiceCenter as soon as possible.
2.5 By completing the order, you accept the validity of our terms and conditions for it.
2.6 After submitting your order, you will automatically be informed by email that we have received your order. The details of your order will be listed again in this e-mail. This does not represent a binding acceptance of your offer. A binding acceptance is only made with a separate email with which we confirm the dispatch of the goods. You will receive this confirming email within up to three working days. If you have not received an order confirmation or notification of the delivery or no goods within the aforementioned periods, you are no longer bound to your order.
2.7 Your orders are stored by us until the order has been fully processed, then archived for storage under tax and commercial law. Should you lose your documents for your orders, please contact us by email. We will be happy to send you a copy of the details of your order.
Minimum order value
When ordering on G-POINT24.de there is no minimum order value.
Delivery, availability of goods
4.1 Delivery is only to Germany (with the exception of Helgoland and Büsingen). You must specify one of the delivery methods (delivery to the billing address, delivery to the address of your choice, delivery to a DHL Packstation) when ordering. If you specify an address from a third party, the consent of the third party to forward the data to dm must have been obtained beforehand. The following applies to business customers: Only the delivery types delivery to the billing address, delivery to the address of your choice and delivery to a DHL Packstation are offered.
4.2 If you pay in advance, the delivery period begins four banking days after your bank has issued the payment order. For purchase on account (invoice with Klarna), credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), instant transfer, paydirekt and PayPal to run on the day following the conclusion of the contract. The delivery period ends on the last day of the specified delivery period. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day. In the event of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately at the email address you provided.
4.3 Only deliverable products can be selected. If, after sending your offer, it turns out that no more copies of the ordered product are available, we will inform you of this when we confirm the shipment. If you have not ordered any other products, your order will be canceled. If you have ordered several products together, we will send you the available products. Any payments you have already made regarding the non-deliverable product will be refunded to you immediately.
4.4 Products to be delivered to your home will be sent to you by post.
4.5 For all orders, you have to bear the shipping costs communicated by us and explained below.
4.6 In the case of delivery to one of the packing stations, the collection times of the respective operator apply. The customer is expressly forbidden to use his personal "LogoiX warehouse / delivery address" as:
a) Billing address
b) Contract or payment address
c) Address for correspondence
d) home address
e) Company headquarters or company address
f) Delivery address for duty unpaid shipments, to be used or to be passed on to third parties for use by other persons.
4.7 The following applies to business customers: If the goods are sent to the business customer at the request of the business customer, the transfer of risk is based on the statutory provisions of Section 447 of the German Civil Code (BGB). We are entitled to make partial deliveries to an extent that is reasonable for you.
Retention of title
5.1 We remain the owner of the delivered goods until full payment has been made.
5.2 The following also applies to business customers:
5.2.a Pledging or assignment by way of security is not permitted prior to the transfer of ownership of the reserved goods.
5.2.b You may resell the goods in the ordinary course of business. In this case, you assign to us all claims in the amount of the invoice amount that you accrue from the resale. We accept the assignment. You remain authorized to collect the claim even after the assignment. Our authorization to collect the claim ourselves remains unaffected. However, we will not collect the claim as long as you meet your payment obligations from the proceeds received, are not in default of payment and, in particular, no application has been made to open insolvency proceedings or payments have been suspended.
5.2.c The treatment and processing or transformation of the purchased item by you is always carried out in our name and on our behalf. In this case, your expectant right to the purchased item continues with the remodeled item. If the purchased item is processed with other items that do not belong to us, we acquire co-ownership of the new item in the ratio of the objective value of our purchased item to the other processed items at the time of processing. The same applies in the case of mixing. If the mixing takes place in such a way that your item is to be regarded as the main item, it is agreed that you transfer proportional co-ownership to us and keep the resulting sole or co-ownership for us.
5.2.d We undertake to release the securities to which we are entitled at your request, insofar as their value exceeds the claims to be secured by more than 20%.
Prices and shipping costs
6.1 All prices include the applicable statutory sales tax. The price stated when the order is placed is decisive.
6.2 The shipping costs for deliveries to a delivery address within Germany or to a DHL Packstation are € 5.90 per package. A package contains 25 kg of goods or 136 l of capacity. If one of these limits is exceeded when an order is placed, a new package is started and an additional EUR 5.90 is due for payment. You will be informed of this in the order overview.
6.3 For orders with a registered Mein G-POINT24 account with a goods value of EUR 249 or more to a delivery address within Germany or to a DHL Packstation, there are no shipping costs.
6.5 If the order is canceled, we will reimburse any shipping costs that have been paid .
6.6 The return of the package is free of charge.
6.7 The following applies to business customers: In deviation from Section 6.1, business customers are invoiced net for the goods. The goods in the online shop are generally displayed gross, the total prices and the invoice amount are only shown net in the shopping cart, provided that the business customer has registered with his My G-POINT24 business customer. Commercial customers are excluded from the discount granted due to the VAT reduction.
Payment methods and electronic invoices
7.1 In principle, we offer you a selection of the following payment options: Invoice with Klarna, paydirekt, PayPal, prepayment, instant transfer, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex). With every order we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods. The following applies to business customers: Business customers can use the following payment methods: paydirekt, PayPal, prepayment, instant transfer, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex).
7.2 Our 16- and 17-year-old customers can order up to a purchase amount of 45 EUR in advance, paydirekt or instant transfer.
7.3 If you do not agree to the payment methods offered to you due to this automated process, you can write to G-Point Grooming Academy GmbH, Oberforstbacher Str. 354 52076 Aachen, Germany. The specialist department will then review the decision, taking your objections into account.
7.4 When paying in advance, please transfer the amount specified in the confirmation email to the account specified there. The goods will only be dispatched after payment has been received. If you do not transfer payment in full within seven days of receiving this confirmation email, we will cancel your order.
7.5 The PayPal payment method requires a PayPal account in which the payment must be approved. If necessary, PayPal carries out a credit check, for which the data entered for the delivery can also be used. For more details, please refer to the terms and conditions of PayPal.
7.6 We offer the payment option purchase on account in cooperation with Klarna (www.klarna.com). The prerequisite for payment on account with Klarna is the consent to the transmission of the data required for invoice processing and an identity and credit check to Klarna. If the credit check is positive, we will assign our claims against you to Klarna. When paying on account with Klarna, the Klarna invoice conditions apply. The invoice amount must be paid to the account sent by Klarna via email within fourteen days after the goods have been dispatched. The payment information will be sent separately by Klarna via email. Payments to the bank account of dm are not forwarded, but transferred back.
7.7 Only an electronic invoice / credit will be issued.
Warranty law
8.1 The customer's warranty rights for all goods offered in the online shop are determined by the statutory provisions.
8.2 The following applies to business customers: The business customer's warranty rights require that they have properly fulfilled their inspection and complaint obligations under Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB). Warranty claims become statute-barred 12 months after the transfer of risk, unless there is a case of liability according to Section 9.2b; In this case, the warranty claims become statute-barred in accordance with the statutory provisions. If, despite all due care, the delivered goods show a defect that already existed at the time of the transfer of risk, we will, subject to timely notification of defects, repair the goods or deliver replacement goods at our discretion . We must always be given the opportunity to provide supplementary performance within a reasonable period of time. Business customers can only return defective goods by post.
liability
9.1 Legal liability applies.
9.2 The following applies to business customers:
9.2.a G-POINT24 has unlimited liability insofar as the cause of the damage is based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by G-POINT24 or a legal representative or vicarious agent of G-POINT24. Furthermore, G-POINT24 is liable for the slightly negligent breach of essential obligations (cardinal obligations). Essential are obligations, the violation of which endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract or the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and which you regularly trust to be observed. In this case, however, G-POINT24 is only liable for the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
9.2.b The above limitations of liability do not apply in the case of injury to life, body and health, for a defect after assuming a guarantee for the quality of the product and for fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal only applies to consumers.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. Has. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we have to reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The right to complain / right to dispute settlement only applies to consumers.

Take-back guarantee and permanent low price
12.1 Return guarantee: G-POINT24 grants a return guarantee on all products that are purchased in the online shop - with the exception of vouchers. This takes effect if you had different expectations of the product or if you accidentally put the wrong item in the shopping cart. The price as well as the postage costs for the dispatch and the return will then be reimbursed to you. This guarantee applies regardless of your statutory rights of cancellation and return. The following return options are available: Free return as a package (via DHL) Order a return label and a return slip from our service center - either by e-mail (24.gpoint @ gmail.com) You can optionally specify a reason for the return for the item in question on the return slip.Pack the item and return slip in a securely sealed shipping box, stick the return label on the shipping box and bring the package to your nearest DHL acceptance point.
12.2 Permanent low price: The low G-Point24 permanent prices of the online shop range will not be increased for at least four months. The last price change is displayed under the final price of the product. 12.3 The return guarantee according to Section 12.1 does not apply to business customers. Business customers can only return defective goods by post.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction for business customers
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention (CISG) and the conflict of laws. Aachen is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
